Leadership Enhancement Training Program

The Leadership Enhancement Training has been developed for both Distribution and Transmission to provide exemplary craft employees with initial guidance and leadership tools for practical field applications. The trainee(s) is assigned in LMS for five separate training courses that are included in the program. Training will be broken down into three separate topics including safety, communication, and technology. Classes focusing on Safety and Communication will be a blend of both Distribution and Transmission colleagues. Technology will be organization dependent, since Distribution and Transmission use different technologies to complete leaders everyday work.

  • Successful completion of this training program prepares candidates for titled leadership positions

  • Training Delivery: ILT

  • This program includes 5 courses and 40 hours of prepared instruction. The content provides key leadership tools and concepts. Formal training takes place at the Training Center.

 Role

My role for this project was Instructional Designer for the entire program, which includes User Research, Curriculum Development, Content Development, Evaluation (Knowledge Assessment and Field Practice).
